Last night I watched this video on Mormon Channel and thought I'd share it with you. This is what Mormon Channel says about the video and I agree:
"Brooke White sings “Something Divine” to remind us that we are all children of God who has given us talents and responsibilities. “Every star is different, and so is every child. Some are bright and happy, and some are meek and mild.”
But this is more than just a reminder that people are different. Our different strengths, talents, and gifts are God-given. They are an invitation for us to rise up to our potential and use them to bless lives: ours and others.
There’s something inside, the song reminds us. There’s something divine. We are children of a Father in Heaven who has a divine calling for each person. As we strive to be the best we can be, we are magnifying God’s plan and realizing the potential he has blessed us with.
“Sit with your face towards the sun and don’t give up until your work is done,” the song concludes. Let his light illuminate your path. Look to him for light and inspiration. “And in time, you’ll find something divine.”
